Marle 2009: Banquet - Tavern

The Association for Living History organizes a medieval banquet on Saturday evening and a Medieval Tavern throughout the event

aturday 27 June 2009 in the evening, enjoy the Medieval Banquet specially concocted for you, consisting of 4 services, with food presentations, explanations on the table. You can participate by reserving your place (see form below) for a menu of € 25.

The evening will be hosted by local troubadors and other Menestra.

Toast of Horseradish & Onion Confit
Mace (shell of nutmeg, appetizers medieval)

2nd Service
Fricatteau (small block) with cardamom and chives
Saucisse of fish
Arboulastre (tart with herbs)

3rd Service
Cyve Beef Ginger & Cinnamon
Fromentee (froment)
Porée Blanche (vegetable variety)

4th Service
Moretum (blackberry wine)
Fruit Wine Grenache
Candied ginger
